PRÆSIDIAD Appoints Benjamin Neumann as Chief Executive Officer

On September 25, 2025, PRÆSIDIAD, the parent company of renowned security brands Betafence and Hesco, revealed that Benjamin Neumann has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective immediately. This strategic move is expected to forge a new path for the company in the competitive security market.

Benjamin Neumann comes with a wealth of experience from various sectors including energy, power, and technology. Prior to joining PRÆSIDIAD, he served as the CEO of Chloride, a global leader in uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems designed for energy and infrastructure applications. Neumann's track record of success includes his tenure at Gutor, another UPS company focused on heavy industries, where he successfully oversaw the company's turnaround and its acquisition by a private equity firm. His previous roles also saw him at the forefront of Schneider Electric, as the regional president of Power Systems in the Asia-Pacific region and as the global CFO of Energy Automation.

Commenting on his new role, Paul Lester, CBE, who recently took up the position of Chairman of PRÆSIDIAD, lauded Neumann's extensive commercial expertise and passion for customer satisfaction. During his tenure, Koutrouki was pivotal in steering PRÆSIDIAD towards a strategic focus on critical infrastructure, and the company expressed gratitude for his substantial contributions over the years.
