Each session integrates the powerful experiences of waterfall practice, a calming meditation session, and a special lecture by Master Min’yū Ichikawa, known for his expertise in waterfall meditation.

The location is also known from legends associated with the famed hero Kintaro, adding to its mystical atmosphere.
