These sessions are tailored for executives and top leaders seeking to refine their decision-making and action-oriented skills through extreme mental training.

Training Overview


Each session integrates the powerful experiences of waterfall practice, a calming meditation session, and a special lecture by Master Min’yū Ichikawa, known for his expertise in waterfall meditation.
Participants will plunge into the invigorating cold waters of the waterfall, allowing nature's dynamic force to cleanse their minds and sharpen their focus. Following this immersive experience, attendees will engage in seated meditation, promoting deep relaxation and clarity—a must-have for any successful leader.

The location is also known from legends associated with the famed hero Kintaro, adding to its mystical atmosphere.

  • - Target Audience: Small and medium-sized business owners, successors, senior executives, and top leaders.
  • - Participation Fee: 49,500 yen (tax included)
  • - Enrollment Limit: 15 participants (first-come-first-served basis)
