Cinagro British Selection, a brand created by Madam Hiromi and a division of Yakuryo Development Co., Ltd. based in Yokohama, Kanagawa, is set to delight taste buds with its two new luxurious organic fruit curds: Shimane Organic Lemon Curd and Organic Raspberry and Chocolate Curd. These products will be available for a limited time at the British Fair to be held at Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Store in August 2025.

This exquisite lemon curd is made using rare organic lemons nurtured by nature in the Shimane region, known for its lush landscapes and optimal growing conditions.
