Tsuji's First Morning Ramen Launches in Tokyo's Toyo-cho District

Tsuji's First Morning Ramen

In an exciting development for ramen enthusiasts, Tsuji, a part of the Oishes group known for its popular dining establishments, will launch its first morning ramen at the Tsuji Toyo-cho branch on July 15, 2025. This innovative offering promises to cater to both commuters and local residents seeking a delicious start to their day.

Initially available for trial from July 1, this morning ramen has received tremendous feedback from early customers before its official launch, prompting the decision to proceed with full-scale sales. This new menu item emphasizes the group’s commitment to quality and innovation in the culinary world.

The ramen features a flavorful broth, artfully crafted from chicken bones and niboshi (dried sardines),, creating a fragrant base. The homemade wonton, infused with freshly chopped ginger for an invigorating kick, complements the specially-made noodles that have been perfected through a process of trial and error. This combination results in a gentle yet satisfying bowl, perfect for morning consumption. Additionally, customers will appreciate the complimentary soft-boiled egg and rice that accompany each bowl, allowing for creative pairing: the egg can be enjoyed over rice, or added to the ramen for enhanced creaminess. We invite you to experience this exclusive morning item from Tsuji, a leader in rich pork and seafood dipping noodles.
