DOMINISTA CHALLENGE: A Unique Career Experience Program
The 'DOMINISTA CHALLENGE' is an engaging vocational experience program aimed at middle school students, organized by Kyoritsu Maintenance, the operator of Dormy Inn. This program will be held at Dormy Inn Ikebukuro from October 8 to October 10, 2025, specifically targeting students from the Itabashi Ward’s Kamitabashi Daiichi Middle School.
Since its inception in 2019, 'DOMINISTA CHALLENGE' has been implemented across various hotels nationwide, providing students a rare opportunity to gain insights into the hospitality industry. Through practical experiences that include customer service at the front desk, cleaning duties, and bed-making, the program seeks to instill in these young minds a sense of responsibility, cooperation, and an appreciation for their community.
In a world increasingly shaped by globalization, this program not only equips students with professional skills but also enriches their understanding of cultural diversity. To date, more than 60 schools, including 18 in the Tokyo metropolitan area, have participated, underscoring the importance of career education in cultivating a professional outlook among the youth.
