Impressive Sales Growth
Symetra reported extraordinary voluntary sales growth rates of 39.5% in 2024, following increases of 34.1% in 2023 and 31% in 2022. Such significant growth played a crucial role in Symetra earning recognition, particularly among carriers with annual sales between $50 million to $199 million.
Eastbridge announced these awards following the publication of its annual report—"U.S. Voluntary/Worksite Sales Report," highlighting the overall upward trend in the voluntary and worksite insurance market. These criteria apply specifically to midsize carriers, while larger companies have different thresholds based on their business size.
All participating companies in the report, with a minimum of $10 million in annual sales, are eligible for this prestigious recognition. The carriers participating in the annual survey receive complimentary access to the survey findings, including company-specific results, allowing them to assess their standing in the competitive landscape.
