Shota joined X Mile as one of its first hires and has experienced various roles within the company since then. Currently, he oversees recruitment strategies that encompass both new graduate and mid-career hiring efforts.
Chika Nagai from Loglass
Chika began her career at CrowdWorks and has been involved in numerous HR product developments. Recently, she has taken a pivotal role at Loglass leading their recruitment branding efforts.
