His impressive career also includes major roles at KPMG Corporate Finance, where he managed the Detroit practice, and leading the Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, and Private Equity Services Groups at Grant Thornton.

Additionally, he was instrumental in establishing the investment banking group at Stout Risius Ross and began his career within the investment banking groups at First of Michigan Corporation and EY Corporate Finance. His diverse background across several reputable firms highlights his ability to adapt and thrive in various environments within the financial sector.

DiFranco's educational credentials further underscore his capabilities, having earned an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Oakland University.
