American Staffing Association Elects 2026 Board Members



On October 7, 2025, the American Staffing Association (ASA) declared new officers for its board of directors for 2026, during its prominent annual convention, Staffing World®, held in Orlando, Florida. This event gathers leaders in the staffing and recruiting field, making it an optimal setting to announce such pivotal changes.

The newly appointed board leadership consists of seasoned professionals committed to steering ASA towards a future filled with promise and opportunity. Tom Gimbel, the founder and CEO of LaSalle Network, takes the role of Chair. He will be supported by Jeff Bowling from Four Piers Capital Partners as the First Vice Chair and Ken Taunton from The Royster Group as the Second Vice Chair.

The financial responsibilities will be handled by Dana Baughns of Allegis Group as Treasurer, while Jason Leverant from AtWork Group takes on the crucial role of Secretary. Additionally, Janette Marx from Airswift will serve as the Immediate Past Chair, lending her expertise to the upcoming board’s initiatives.

This newly formed board is not only comprised of influential leaders but also includes other notable directors such as Joanie Bily from Dress for Success, Jeff Harris from Tential, and Joyce Russell representing the Adecco Group US Foundation, among others.
