Nationwide Shogun Journey Project Launch

Today marks the launch of the 'Nationwide Shogun Journey' project, initiated by the Anshin Management Support Association, located in Nakano, Tokyo. This organization, comprised of accounting professionals such as tax accountants and certified public accountants, is dedicated to promoting 'future accounting' practices. Its primary goal is to empower each entrepreneur to realize their envisioned future through structured management planning and performance achievement management.

Purpose of the Nationwide Shogun Journey

The project aims to conduct seminars called 'Shogun Day' across all 47 prefectures in Japan. By collaborating with local accounting firms, this initiative creates opportunities for small business owners to understand their current circumstances and take steps toward their future.

The 'Shogun Day' seminar focuses on devising a management plan that considers the objectives for the next five years and the necessary roadmap to reach those goals. Each year, more than 3,000 companies participate in over 70 venues nationwide. This setting allows busy entrepreneurs to step away from their daily operations, strategizing on how to sustain their companies long term and translate these strategies into actionable management plans.

The Journey Across Japan

The organization will travel across Japan, hosting the 'Shogun Day' events in various locations, giving small business owners the chance to seize control of their present situations and embark on their paths to the future. Updates and highlights from the Nationwide Shogun Journey will be shared in real-time on the official social media pages of the Anshin Management Support Association, including Instagram, Facebook, and note.
