TVH Consulting Strengthens Its Leadership with New Acquisitions

In a major move to enhance its market position, TVH Consulting, a leading software integration and publishing company in Europe, has announced the acquisition of three firms: Augusta Reeves, Olivia Sistemas, and BCSYS. This strategic expansion is supported by 21 Invest France and its minority co-investors.

Expanding Influence and Capabilities

With this significant acquisition, TVH Consulting's revenues have soared to over €110 million. The company now boasts over 600 employees and operates 11 agencies across France, Morocco, Spain, Switzerland, and Madagascar.

Among the new additions, Augusta Reeves specializes in SAP S/4HANA Cloud integration services in France and Switzerland. With a team of 150 consultants, Augusta Reeves enhances TVH's partnership with SAP, allowing the group to provide comprehensive support for business processes and data enhancement with solutions like SAP S/4HANA Cloud ERP, SAP DRC, and SAP Business Data Cloud. This acquisition fortifies TVH's offerings concerning Business Technology Platforms and AI solutions.

In addition, the incorporation of Olivia Sistemas, which specializes in ERP Microsoft Business Central in Spain, and BCSYS, also focused on Microsoft Business Central in France, further strengthens TVH's capabilities in this domain. As a result, the integration with Olivia Sistemas creates a subsidiary known as Algoritmia by TVH Group, which now employs 130 people and generates €12 million in revenue. Furthermore, BCSYS's inclusion boosts TVH's team of Microsoft consultants to over 100, positioning the firm among the top three Business Central ERP integrators in the market.
