MNTSQ Relocates to Harumi Triton Square
MNTSQ has officially moved its headquarters to the iconic Harumi Triton Square in Tokyo, Japan. With a vision of "making every agreement fair," the company is committed to revolutionizing how contractual work is approached through advanced technology. As part of this vision, the team has witnessed substantial growth, expanding its workforce to nearly 100 employees.
This marks the fourth office relocation for MNTSQ, which seeks to create a more conducive work environment that fosters collaboration and communication among its team members. The new office is located at the 4th floor of Harumi Island Triton Square, bringing together employees in a spacious, open-plan setting.
Designing the Workspace Based on Employee Feedback
To ensure that the new office meets the needs of its workforce, MNTSQ conducted a company-wide workshop, gathering about 250 ideas and suggestions from employees. The feedback emphasized the desire for a workspace that promotes interdepartmental communication and collaboration. In response, the company consolidated its previously divided two-floor office into a single expansive floor, eliminating barriers and fostering a seamless flow of ideas.
A Playful and Energizing Work Environment
The transformation into a healthy workplace is evident with the addition of a well-equipped in-house gym, enabling employees to refresh themselves without prior booking. This initiative aligns with the positive culture that MNTSQ aims to build, encouraging healthy work habits among its team members. The gym equipment is generously provided by Gym Garage Co., Ltd.
In addition to the gym, MNTSQ has embraced a non-traditional approach by incorporating a sauna-themed meeting room, designed to promote relaxed conversations and creative brainstorming. This unique space, with its wooden decor and tranquil ambiance, is expected to enhance concentration and inspire innovative thinking within the team.
Workstations have been organized around a free-address system, complemented by focus booths and relaxation areas, catering to individual preferences and ensuring a comfortable work atmosphere for all employees. With this new office as a home base, MNTSQ aims to accelerate its vision of creating a society rich in fair agreements.
Message from the Office Relocation Project Team
The team behind the relocation undertook a fundamental reassessment of what an office should represent. They envisioned transforming the office from a mere destination into a nurturing environment where employees feel a sense of belonging and connection. The office was redesigned through extensive discussions involving team members from various departments, focusing on skills and communication vital for the company's growth.
The new office symbolizes a space where employees can excel freely and naturally interact, leading to increased creativity and idea generation. The project team believes that this new location will nurture collaboration and innovation, making MNTSQ an even more dynamic company.
