Located on the terrace of the all-day dining venue 'Gallery 11' on the 11th floor, this initiative promises a vibrant spring experience, perfect for cherry blossom viewing (hanami). Reservations will begin on January 27, 2026.

Guests can relish a stunning view of Shibuya while enjoying delightful dishes inspired by cherry blossoms, complemented by a refreshing spring breeze. The menu includes unique creations such as a cherry blossom pizza featuring real cherry petals combined with in-season asparagus and cheese, crafted by the hotel’s executive chef hailing from Naples. This dish radiates the essence of spring and represents Tokyo's vibrant culinary culture.
