In a notable investment move, SANY allocated approximately $724 million towards research and development in 2025, reflecting an increase in focus on innovative solutions. Furthermore, every subsidiary possesses necessary pollutant discharge permits, with stringent adherence to pollution standards for wastewater, exhaust, and noise emissions.

In a bid to encourage renewable energy consumption, SANY has ensured that 22 of its subsidiaries are now generating grid-connected power. Impressively, clean energy usage has soared to 77.37 million kilowatt-hours, representing 14.7% of the company's total energy consumption.

By integrating support and professional growth systems throughout the employee lifecycle, the company has ensured that women comprise 14.3% of senior management positions. In 2025 alone, SANY invested $73.2 million in employee incentives and paid out $46.5 million in long-term incentives awarded previously. The company also delivered nearly 5,000 vocational training sessions with an impressive participation rate of 94.6%, while maintaining a low injury rate of 1.33 per thousand employees. Furthermore, SANY organized 129 community and charitable initiatives, contributing over $3.13 million towards philanthropic causes, bringing its cumulative donations to more than $50.4 million.
