Vaycaychella, Inc. Welcomes Jason Armstrong as New CEO to Drive Growth
Vaycaychella Appoints Jason Armstrong as New CEO
In a significant leadership change, Vaycaychella, Inc. (OTC Pink: VAYK) has appointed Jason Armstrong as its new Chief Executive Officer. This decision, announced on July 22, 2025, marks a strategic move by the company to enhance its focus on organic growth, with an ambitious revenue target set between $3 million to $5 million.
Jason Armstrong has been a part of the Vaycaychella team for the past six months as a director on the board and has previously led the company's house engineering services business. His appointment comes at a time when the company's management, led by former Interim CEO Stephanie Anderl, anticipates a remarkable 100% increase in revenue for 2025. The transition in leadership is part of a broader strategy aimed at attaining new heights in the short-term rental sector, particularly through acquired properties like the Rufus Rose House, which has successfully been transformed into a boutique Airbnb.
Anderl, who took charge as the interim CEO in June 2024, is stepping down but will continue to contribute to the company’s growth by focusing on acquiring new Airbnb properties. “Jason’s leadership will be instrumental in achieving our goals,” Anderl stated.
In his acceptance of the CEO role, Armstrong expressed enthusiasm about leading the company and emphasized that while organic business growth will be the primary focus, Vaycaychella will continue to explore opportunities for expansive growth through mergers and acquisitions. He mentioned that there is already a promising deal pipeline worth over $20 million, although many of these potential deals may require issuing significant amounts of company stock.
Armstrong explained that due to the current low interest in increasing stock issuance at the present share price level, the company will reassess its strategy on acquisitions once the share price reflects a more favorable valuation.
With a wealth of experience in real estate, Armstrong brings a unique entrepreneurial spirit to Vaycaychella. He founded EES Group, which originally specialized in site development and expanded into licensed new construction and high-end remodeling. His expertise includes serving as a project management consultant for numerous real estate investment groups from 2012 to 2018.
The story of Vaycaychella’s growth is a testament to Armstrong’s leadership potential. Following the company's acquisition of 50.1% of his short-term rental renovation business in December 2024, his integration into the team is seen as a pivotal step towards enhancing the company’s market position. As Armstrong officially steps in as CEO, he resigns from his board position to dedicate his efforts to navigating Vaycaychella towards its goals.
This leadership shift comes with a cautiously optimistic outlook on the market landscape. The company is prepared to face the inherent risks associated with growth strategies, including competition and market fluctuations. However, with Armstrong at the helm, Vaycaychella aims to stake its claim in the booming short-term rental market by leveraging its existing assets and pursuing innovative approaches to business development.
In summary, under Jason Armstrong’s guidance, Vaycaychella, Inc. is not only poised for organic growth but is also ready to explore new avenues for expansion. As the company moves forward, stakeholders will be keenly watching how Armstrong’s strategies unfold in a competitive real estate environment.
