In collaboration with the Tokyo Tourism Foundation, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government is running a program titled "Tourism Industry Attraction Enhancement Support Project." This initiative aims to communicate the significance and appeal of working in tourism, and offers unique opportunities for students and job seekers to immerse themselves in this exciting field through workshops and workplace visits.
Dive into the Experience with the Employment Experience Program
The program features hands-on experiences where participants can engage in customer service activities, bed-making, and more, all while networking with seasoned professionals in the industry. The Employment Experience Program aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of what it’s like to work in the hospitality sector. Three distinctive courses have been tailored to suit the unique characteristics of different accommodations:
1. Experience Hotels Blending Trend and Culture

2. Learn the Evolving Hospitality at Classic Hotels

Each course is free of charge, and applications are currently open. However, spots are limited to 10 participants per course, and selections will be made through a lottery if applications exceed availability. This program is targeted at students (high school graduates and above) and job seekers interested in the Tokyo tourism industry.

Workplace Tour Program
Participants will have the chance to observe the foremost aspects of tourism by visiting the MSC Bellissima cruise ship, where they can engage with staff to gain first-hand knowledge about the fulfilling nature and responsibilities of their roles.
