Qblox, a leading company in the quantum stack technology sector, has recently announced significant additions to its executive leadership team, a move geared towards accelerating its global growth in quantum solutions. The new appointments reflect the company’s commitment to integrating practical and effective quantum technologies within various industries on a global scale.
Notable Appointments to Boost Strategy
Philip van der Wilt - Chief Financial Officer
Joining Qblox on October 1, 2025, Philip van der Wilt takes on the role of Chief Financial Officer. Based in Delft, Netherlands, he is responsible for overseeing the global revenue strategy, commercial execution, and strategic partnerships. Bringing over a decade of experience in enterprise technology, IT, storage, and virtualization, Philip previously served as Senior Vice President of EMEA at Samsara, after holding leadership positions at ServiceNow, Commvault, and Dell Technologies (EMC).

Roger Isaac - Chief Technology Officer
Roger Isaac joined Qblox as Chief Technology Officer on November 1, 2025, bringing with him decades of experience in semiconductor technology, advanced hardware systems, and deep-tech innovations. Like van der Wilt, he is based in Delft and has a proven track record in developing complex technologies from early vision to large-scale commercialization. Before Qblox, he held the position of Vice President of Automotive Radar Technology at Indie Semiconductor. His previous roles include serving as Technical Director at Keyssa.

Evelyn Doyle - Chief People Officer
The newest member of the team, Evelyn Doyle, began her tenure as Chief People Officer on February 1, 2026. With over 20 years of global leadership experience in human resources and organizational culture, Evelyn is based in Delft as well. Previously, she was Director of People and Culture for Patagonia’s international region, overseeing HR strategy across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. Her portfolio also includes significant roles at Mondelēz International, Gategroup, and Self-Help Africa.
