San Francisco Health Plan Celebrates Historic 4.5-Star Rating

In a remarkable milestone, the San Francisco Health Plan (SFHP) has received a prestigious 4.5-star rating in the 2026 National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Health Plan Ratings.
