Tanaka Gymnastics Club Expands Youth Classes

The Tanaka Gymnastics Club at Ariake Garden is set to launch additional classes starting April 4, 2025, in response to the growing interest and high enrollment since its opening in October 2024. As of April 1, 2025, our membership has exceeded 200 individuals, showcasing our commitment to nurturing young gymnastics enthusiasts.

Among our offerings, the preschool classes have been particularly popular, reaching full capacity across multiple sessions. Given the influx of requests for new memberships in these classes, we are excited to introduce a new preschool class, details of which are provided below:

New Class Overview

• - Day: Wednesday
• - Time: 14:30 – 15:20
• - Class Type: Preschool

Our preschool classes aim to teach children the rules of group activities while they enjoy exercising with friends. Designed as a preparatory stage for elementary school physical education, the sessions will include specialized training using mats, vaults, parallel bars, and trampolines to enhance their athletic abilities.

The Tanaka Gymnastics Club is widely recognized for its innovative training methods, especially the 'Tanaka Method', which successfully produced the first siblings— the Tanaka Trio— to compete together in the Olympics.
