DriveNets Introduces Advanced AI Networking Solutions to Dell AI Factory
On May 19, 2026, DriveNets, a leader in large-scale networking solutions,
announced that its Fabric-Scheduled Ethernet (FSE) solution will be offered as a high-performance option for building AI clusters at Dell's AI Factory. This move expands Dell's portfolio, catering to various demanding use cases, such as large multi-tenant AI clusters, clusters spanning multiple sites, and GPU as a Service (GPUaaS) clusters, all integrated within a cohesive back-end and storage network. The implementation of this solution enables optimized GPU utilization and swift deployment processes.
The new announcement reinforces Dell's AI portfolio, providing alternative solutions for multi-tenancy in a single AI cluster, GPUaaS environments, cluster expansions across multiple locations, and unified back-end/storage configurations that run on a single lossless network. This caters to the most demanding applications within AI clusters. As a member of Dell's Extended Technologies Complete (ETC) program, DriveNets delivers a full-stack Fabric-Scheduled Ethernet solution to enhance the AI Factory product lineup, assisting cloud providers and enterprises in constructing next-generation AI fabrics with optimal performance, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
The FSE utilizes pre-scheduled traffic, cell-based load balancing, and end-to-end Virtual Output Queuing (VOQ) to provide a consistent low-latency AI performance, enabling efficient support for rigorous AI workloads.
Ido Susan, the founder and CEO of DriveNets, stated: "DriveNets and Dell Technologies already collaborate to deliver advanced networking solutions and high-performance outcomes to our shared customers. With today’s announcement, DriveNets’ full-stack AI networking capabilities will be integrated into Dell’s extensive AI infrastructure portfolio, ensuring that customers constructing large-scale AI infrastructures will reap the benefits of high performance at scale."
High-Performance Access at Scale
Dell customers can leverage DriveNets' complete software stack, including a network operating system, while utilizing DriveNets’ AI cluster orchestrator to accelerate cluster deployments. This product includes a provisioning engine, benchmarking engine, and continuous operation engine, automating the entire lifecycle of the clusters.
DriveNets' DNOS (DriveNets Network Operating System) boasts a high-performance and mature network operating system backed by over a decade of large-scale deployments and validations in real operational environments. Its performance has been demonstrated in some of the world's most extensive and demanding network settings.
