Speakers

EVeM CEO – Yoshiyasu Nagamura
Yoshiyasu Nagamura graduated from Osaka University in 2006 and has built a substantial career at Recruit, DeNA, and Hakuhodo. He founded EVeM to train venture managers after experiencing diverse leadership roles, including COO of a listed company on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. His focus lies in enhancing organizational capabilities for ventures through expansive management knowledge and program offerings. He is also the author of the book, “Management Styles for Accelerated Growth—Management that Works in an Era of Equality.”

PIVOT CEO – Norihiko Sasaki
A former editor-in-chief at Toyo Keizai Online, Sasaki became the first editor of NewsPicks and later led NewsPicks Studios as its inaugural CEO. In June 2021, he launched PIVOT, a media platform emphasizing business cinematography. Holding a master’s degree from Stanford University in International Political Economy, Sasaki is also an avid soccer enthusiast and author of several influential books.
