Genesis Automation Expands AI Partner Program
Following a successful debut at the recent AHRMM26 conference, Genesis Automation Healthcare is excited to announce the launch of its
Agentic AI Design Partner Program. This program aims to collaborate with hospitals and health systems in the U.S., U.K., and Ireland to enhance supply chain management through advanced AI capabilities.
The introduction of this initiative comes on the heels of Genesis's
Surgical Procedure Cost Savings Agent, which was publicly demonstrated for the first time at the conference. During the session titled "The Agent in the Room Turning OR Spend into Savings with Agentic AI," Genesis President Jason Smith showcased the impressive capabilities of this AI agent. It was revealed that the agent can perform detailed operating-room cost analyses, compressing what would typically take supply chain teams eight months into a concise 30-minute session. This technological advancement highlights the potential for substantial efficiencies in hospital operations through the application of AI.
The agent is designed to deliver actionable insights without making decisions autonomously. Instead, it recommends, simulates, and alerts healthcare professionals, providing them with the necessary data to make informed decisions. Smith emphasized that this approach aligns with feedback from hospitals, which prefer AI tools that highlight patterns and flag anomalies while keeping their clinical staff engaged in the decision-making process.
Built upon over a decade of operational clinical supply chain data and insights from more than 400 hospital sites, the Agentic AI agent is underpinned by a staggering 1.64 million real perioperative procedures. This extensive data foundation enhances the agent's accuracy, making it a valuable resource for hospitals looking to optimize their supply chain operations.
Invitation to Partner
Genesis is now extending an invitation to hospital and health system executives in the U.S., U.K., and Ireland to join the
Agentic AI Design Partner Program. This collaborative initiative aims to refine the capabilities of the AI agent by leveraging real-world hospital data. Participants will have the opportunity to influence the rollout process and ensure that the tools meet their needs and standards.
The program emphasizes the importance of data readiness and encourages interested hospitals to undergo a data-readiness review before implementing the AI agent. Genesis's commitment to providing accurate and beneficial recommendations is underscored by its dedication to utilizing quality data.
