28th Bakery China 2026 will take place from
May 20 to May 23, 2026, at the
National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC) in Shanghai. Co-organized by the Chinese Association of Bakery and Confectionery Industry and
Bakery China Exhibitions Co., Ltd, this year's event is themed "

30% rise compared to the previous year, with over
10,000 buyers attending from countries involved in the
Belt and Road Initiative, as well as key regions like Southeast Asia and Europe.

In addition to the flagship event in Shanghai, Bakery China will host its first
international bakery show for the ASEAN region (Bakery ASEAN) in Jakarta from
August 27 to 29, further expanding its influence into Southeast Asia.
