The survey titled "Risk Awareness and Exit Strategies for Real Estate Investment Amid Rising Interest Rates" was conducted between February 26, 2026, and March 2, 2026, involving 1,029 respondents, all real estate investors or individuals considering investing in real estate. In this changing landscape, traditional financial models based on low-interest assumptions are proving inadequate, raising alarms amongst investors about cash flow deterioration and property valuation risks.
