In this changing landscape, traditional financial models based on low-interest assumptions are proving inadequate, raising alarms amongst investors about cash flow deterioration and property valuation risks.

Key Findings

An impressive 91% of respondents identified rising interest rates as a crucial risk factor. When asked about the importance of this risk, 42.6% labeled it as
