Kicking off the festival on October 10, Narumi Yasuda will grace the stage for a remarkable performance. Famous for her singing debut in 1984 with the theme song from "Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind," Yasuda celebrated her 40th anniversary with a re-recording of her hit song, produced by Haruomi Hosono, in 2024. This performance marks her return to a solo concert after nearly 40 years, promising fans a once-in-a-lifetime musical experience.
Day 2 Highlights: Saki Takaoka
Day two will feature the immensely talented Saki Takaoka, an actress renowned for her diverse roles across various productions. In addition to her acting career, she has been actively creating music across genres such as jazz, bossa nova, and city pop. The premium collaboration with renowned jazz pianist Yosuke Yamashita garnered significant attention, showcasing her evolution as a singer. As she approaches her own 40th anniversary, audiences can expect a performance filled with richer expressions and musical depth.
The Grand Finale: Ran Ito
The final two days will belong to the enchanting Ran Ito. Originally scheduled for a solo special in July, her performance will now take the form of an "EBISU JAM Special."
