Buffalo Corporation and Advance Design Corporation, both headquartered in Chiyoda, Tokyo, have initiated a data recovery service aimed at helping individuals residing in regions where disaster relief laws are applied.

Free Data Recovery Services

Buffalo and Advance Design are pleased to offer free data recovery services to individuals living in disaster relief areas. This initiative includes complimentary diagnosis and estimation costs, ensuring that those impacted can regain access to their essential data without financial burden. Individuals can apply for these services, even for products not manufactured by our companies.

How to Apply

To apply for the data recovery service, please mention "heavy rains from August 13, 2023" in the remarks section of your application. Applications can be made through either Buffalo or Advance Design, and both companies are providing this service at no cost to the applicants.

Scope of Services

The data recovery service is available for:

• - Buffalo products that have been affected by the flooding
• - Other brands' products that sustained damage due to the disaster

Eligibility Criteria

This support is designed for individual customers residing in the disaster relief law-applied districts, focusing specifically on personal data recovery.
