Background of Shota Hashizume

Hashizume graduated from Keio University with a degree in commerce. His career began at Daiwa Securities, where he specialized in asset consulting and investment banking (M&A advisory). He then played a pivotal role in establishing governance frameworks and funding initiatives at MICIN, a health tech startup, which successfully raised approximately 4 billion yen in its Series C funding round. Following this, Hashizume served as the Chief Financial Officer at SPACER, a smart locker startup, where he led efforts in fundraising, management, and overarching corporate operations. His wealth of experience positions him well to join Green Growth as the CFO.
