His role involved managing a global remanufacturing network that included facilities in Poland, Mexico, China, and Brazil, catering to a wide array of product lines such as transmissions, turbochargers, and ignition systems.

Prior to BorgWarner, Boe held senior management positions at Meritor, including Managing Director for their Commercial Vehicle Aftermarket in EMEA. His successful tenure there is marked by impressive milestones in profitability, operational execution, and customer relations.
