An impressive aspect of Tsumugi Terrace is its sustainable design; solar panels are installed on the gazebo's roof, while an emergency storage facility is situated underneath. In the event of a power outage, stored energy from the reserve can be utilized to power an emergency vending machine offering essential beverages to residents in need.

Phase-Free Living: Blending Everyday Life and Emergency Preparedness

Adjacent to Tsumugi Terrace is a well-designed 770㎡ park, enhancing connectivity between this central hub and the surrounding residential areas. The strategic placement of entrances fosters smooth movement, encourages natural greetings, and cultivates community interactions. This innovative design embodies the concept of Phase-Free Living, where the space serves as a social gathering point during regular days and transitions into an evacuation center during emergencies. It eliminates the boundaries between everyday life and crisis response.

Safety Through Advanced Engineering

With earthquake preparedness as a top priority, Brist Kiyose demonstrated its commitment by conducting collapse simulations on all buildings using proprietary software from the Polus Living Science Institute. The development meets the highest seismic performance rating—corresponding to the level 3 of earthquake resistance, ensuring structural reliability and safety for its residents.

Fostering Community Resilience

Recognizing the importance of proactive community engagement, Central Green Development hosted the Machitomo Cup 2025 Summer Festival in line with Japan's Disaster Prevention Day on September 1, 2025. This engaging event connected residents from various developments via online formats, featuring disaster quizzes, discussions, and bucket relay competitions. These activities not only served to raise awareness about disaster preparedness but also facilitated the cultivation of community ties and mutual support among residents.

The company is set to organize another disaster prevention event on September 27 this year, aiming to further expand the circle of community assistance and resilience ideology.
