BRP Welcomes Denis Le Vot as President and CEO

This transition will officially take place on February 1, 2026, when he will succeed José Boisjoli, who has been at the helm of the company for an impressive tenure of over three decades.
José Boisjoli has played a pivotal role in transforming BRP from a private entity into a publicly-traded company, marking a significant evolution in the motorized sports sector. His contributions, particularly in steering the company towards international growth during the past 36 years, have been invaluable. As he steps down, he takes on a new role as the Chairman of the Board, paving the way for Le Vot’s new leadership chapter at BRP.
Denis Le Vot is a seasoned executive with an extensive background in the automotive industry, having spent more than 30 years developing his expertise in various leadership roles across the globe. His leadership journey encompassed various countries, including France, Russia, and the U.S., where he has demonstrated an exceptional ability to drive international growth and manage complex supply chains.
Upon his appointment, Barbara Samardzich, Chair of the Board at BRP, expressed her enthusiasm, stating, "We warmly welcome Denis to BRP. Le Vot's prior roles include serving as the Senior Vice President and President of Nissan North America, as well as Vice President Senior of the Light Commercial Vehicle Business Unit for the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi Alliance. His diverse experiences highlight his capability and readiness to lead BRP into its next growth phase.
In his first public comments following the announcement, Denis Le Vot expressed gratitude for the Board's confidence in his leadership. Denis Le Vot’s academic credentials include an engineering degree from the École des Mines de Paris. After joining Renault in 1990, he honed his skills in various areas of marketing, sales, and operations. He played a vital role in enhancing Renault's presence in Russia before his promotion to high-level executive positions within the Nissan brand in America.
On February 1, 2026, BRP will also see Pierre Beaudoin taking over as Chairman of the Board, emphasizing the company’s commitment to strong leadership. With these appointments, BRP is set to propel the company's strategic plan, M28, and ensure sustained growth to maintain its status as a world-leading OEM in the motorsport equipment industry.
