In this session, participants will learn how to use Yamuna techniques to ease this built-up tension, calm their minds, and center themselves through breathwork—allowing for a blissful transition into the night.
- - DAY 2: Breathe Deeply for Better Sleep
As we wind down our day, it’s essential to release any remnants of the day. This session emphasizes the importance of opening the chest and relaxing the back, guiding participants through the process of harnessing their breath to unwind. As breathing deepens, so does the transition into a peaceful sleep.
This series invites you to carve out valuable moments of self-care at the end of your day, leading to a calmer, rejuvenated you—and ultimately, an improvement in your sleep quality.

Meet the Instructor: Mika Childs
Mika Childs, an accomplished practitioner with over ten years of experience, will guide this transformative workshop. Beginning her journey in running, Mika encountered significant injuries that prompted her to explore effective self-care methods. After discovering the Yamuna Body Rolling method, she pursued further studies, receiving instruction from the method’s founder,
Yamuna Zake, in New York. Now, Mika aims to empower individuals in Japan by teaching them how to maintain their physical well-being independently.
