Collaboration between Nagase Industries and Metasensing

On July 30, 2025, Nagase Industries Co., Ltd., headquartered in Chiyoda, Tokyo, announced its strategic partnership with Metasensing Co., Ltd., located in Shinagawa, Tokyo. The primary aim of this collaboration is to gain knowledge that will facilitate the development of next-generation businesses.

Under its mid-term management plan, ACE 2.0, Nagase Industries highlighted four key areas: foundation, focus, development, and improvement, leveraging its capabilities in trading, manufacturing, and research and development. The recent collaboration comes as part of these efforts to establish a robust foundation for the next generation of business development.

This partnership involves a capital investment through the Corporate Venture Capital (CVC) fund managed by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Nagase Future Investments, which was established in April 2025. This innovative step positions Nagase Industries at the forefront of industry evolution.
