Huawei Launches Revolutionary AI-Centric Network Solution to Transform Industries
During the recent HUAWEI CONNECT 2025 event, held in Shanghai, Huawei made significant strides in the realm of data communication by unveiling the upgraded AI-centric Xinghe Intelligent Network Solution. The event, themed "Xinghe Intelligent Network: Shaping Intelligent Connectivity in the AI Era," was marked by a keynote from Leon Wang, President of Huawei's Data Communication Product Line.
A Breakthrough in Intelligent Networking
The Xinghe Intelligent Network is designed with a three-layer architecture, consisting of an AI-centric brain, AI-centric connectivity, and AI-centric devices. This innovative structure allows enterprises to experience a depth of integration between AI and network services that were previously unattainable. The network offers features such as zero packet loss, high data throughput, minimal latency, and full security across all scenarios.
Wang emphasized the rapid evolution of AI and its impact, highlighting three urgent demands for modern networks: efficient computing power, guaranteed service experience, and robust security against unexpected threats. In response to these demands, Huawei's solution is geared to empower four core applications: Xinghe AI Campus, Xinghe Intelligent WAN, Xinghe AI Fabric 2.0, and Xinghe AI Network Security.
Components of the Xinghe Intelligent Network
Xinghe AI Campus
Huawei's AI solution extends its protective measures from virtual environments to physical ones, ensuring comprehensive security across campuses. Notably, it includes Wi-Fi Shield technology and mechanisms to prevent unauthorized access, enhancing both air interface and endpoint security. A groundbreaking feature introduced was a spycam-detecting wireless access point capable of identifying hidden surveillance devices around the clock—an essential tool for safeguarding sensitive information.
Furthermore, advanced Wi-Fi sensing technologies enable precision detection of human activity within crucial premises, ensuring effective spatial security.
Xinghe AI Fabric 2.0
The AI Fabric 2.0 is crafted to ensure seamless computing—both AI and general-purpose processing. This component significantly shortens the service rollout timeline from about a week to a mere five minutes, largely due to its unified modeling of switches and security devices. It enables real-time monitoring of an enormous volume of service flows, allowing for quick fault detection. In AI computing scenarios, the system facilitates a seamless transition between training and inference roles for GPUs, optimizing performance while minimizing operational costs significantly.
Xinghe Intelligent WAN
Providing on-demand computing capabilities to enterprises, the Xinghe Intelligent WAN delivers integrated high-capacity network services. The WAN solution, including two service tiers—Basic and Pro—utilizes the Starnet algorithm to ensure data transmission without losses, all while keeping sensitive information securely on-site. This innovative approach not only diminishes initial investments but also offers scalable solutions aligning with users' needs.
Xinghe AI Network Security
In an age where security threats are ever-evolving, Huawei’s strategy focuses on employing AI to create a zero-trust security framework. This includes utilizing extensive AI models trained on data derived from over a hundred global cloud nodes. As a result, the security system boasts an impressive detection rate of 95% for novel threats, ensuring that potential risks are identified and mitigated in real-time.
Continuous Innovation and Global Collaboration
Furthermore, Huawei has introduced NetMaster, a management tool powered by AI to ensure consistent maintenance and operational efficiency without disruptions. With capabilities such as self-diagnosis for Wi-Fi faults and optimal solutions for various network issues, NetMaster effectively automates the resolution of most wireless faults.
At the summit, Huawei also announced collaborations and innovative outcomes alongside prestigious institutions such as Tsinghua University and Shenzhen Power Supply Bureau. These partnerships underscore Huawei's commitment to advancing digital transformation across critical sectors like education, finance, and utilities worldwide.
As Huawei remains unwavering in its commitment to “AI for All, All on IP,” the company is destined to continue expanding its AI-centric network products, ultimately fostering collaborative efforts to shape an intelligent future across industries.
