In a unique collaboration, renowned French chef Ainose Ai and the sake brand SAKE HUNDRED will host an exclusive 'Luxury Sky Dinner' at Haneda Airport's WAKURABA café from March 12 to 14, 2026. This pop-up dinner aims to showcase the incredible culinary heritage of Japan, combining fresh, seasonal ingredients with exquisite sake in a captivating dining experience.

Chef Ainose Ai: A Pioneer of Gastronomy


Chef Ainose is renowned for her innovative approach to cuisine, having gained experience in numerous Michelin-starred restaurants and by launching secret pop-up restaurants worldwide. Active in global culinary competitions, she was the only Japanese chef selected for the Sanpellegrino Young Chef Academy finals in Asia for 2024–25. Most notably, she has also served as a private chef for Japanese athletes during the Paris Olympics. Her philosophy revolves around capturing the essence of ingredients from different locales and creating unforgettable experiences for her diners.
