Highstar Unveils Innovative Tabless Cell Series at Battery Show Europe 2025
Highstar, a leader in battery technology, has successfully launched its next-generation tabless cell series at the Battery Show in Europe 2025, under the impactful theme, "Tabless Forest, Vitality Reborn." This series offers ultra-high performance, supporting pulse discharges of up to 40C (200A) and continuous discharges of 70A, allowing for smooth operation of high-intensity tools like electric drills and saws.
One of the core innovations is the significant reduction in internal resistance by over 70%, achieving levels below 4mΩ. This improvement corresponds to a 50% decrease in temperature increase during discharge, facilitating stable performance even under heavy loads. The fast charging capability of 5C allows for 80% charge in just 10 minutes, extending the battery's lifespan by 60 to 100% after more than 1,000 charge cycles.
Reliability Across Varied Conditions
Highstar's new cells maintain consistent performance across a broad temperature range, from -40°C to 80°C, making them suitable for outdoor equipment and high-altitude drones. Global Manufacturing and Distribution Strategy
