A significant 96% of those utilizing AI report being able to achieve their business objectives more efficiently. Additionally, an astounding 72% claim AI has improved the speed of their work, while 60% acknowledge an enhancement in the quality of their output.

In terms of time management, AI is proving beneficial, with 65% of respondents stating that it helps them save time during their workdays. This is encouraging, especially when considering the continuing rise in job dissatisfaction, which has increased to 49% among participants, largely attributed to stressful deadlines, feelings of burnout, and overwhelming workloads. AI is directly tackling this burnout, with 76% of participants affirming that AI has alleviated burnout symptoms, particularly among in-house teams, where 83% report reduced stress levels.

Among younger workers, 91% of Gen Z respondents and 75% of Millennials feel that AI has positively impacted their professional lives. A notable 57% of respondents confirmed that AI has liberated them from rote tasks, which shows a 13% increase from previous years.

A compared analysis of law firms and in-house teams continues to reveal differences in AI adoption rates. Currently, 81% of in-house legal teams are utilizing AI, outpacing law firms' 55% adoption.
