Eco Properties Takes Charge of Two Key Logistics Facilities
On August 19, 2025,
Eco Properties, based in Chiyoda, Tokyo, announced that it has taken on asset management responsibilities for two significant logistics facilities within the Greater Tokyo area. This development is part of a private fund financed by the globally recognized investment firm
Warburg Pincus. The assets in question are the Ai Missions Park in Inzai, Chiba, and LOGITRES Sano in Sano, Tochigi.
Ai Missions Park Inzai
The Ai Missions Park in Inzai is strategically located, with excellent connectivity to Route 16 and the Chiba North interchange on the Higashi-Kanto Expressway. This vast logistics facility spans over 110,000 square meters and is fully leased to major e-commerce tenants, demonstrating its appeal and functionality for modern distribution needs. Its proximity to Narita Airport further enhances its operational efficiency and logistics capabilities, making it a prime asset within the region.
LOGITRES Sano
Similarly,
LOGITRES Sano benefits from its prime location, with easy access to main arterial roads and expressways. This relatively new logistics facility has been operational since its completion and has maintained full occupancy with stable operations ever since. Its ability to handle efficient deliveries across the broader Kanto region showcases its significance in the associated supply chain ecosystem.
Warburg Pincus, headquartered in the United States, has a substantial global presence in various industries, particularly in private equity and real estate. The firm has established a solid track record of investments in Japan, particularly in residential and R&D properties. They aim to enhance exposure to high-quality logistics facilities in core markets. The strategic connectivity of both facilities and their consistent full occupancy indicates a strong potential for long-term value creation, according to Warburg Pincus’s assessment.
