Polymatech Electronics Limited Announces New PCB Facility in Europe

Polymatech Electronics Limited has proudly announced the successful commissioning of its state-of-the-art Printed Circuit Board (PCB) manufacturing plant located in Estonia, Europe. This significant achievement marks a crucial step in the company's strategic expansion into the European market.

The advanced facility features a cleanroom spanning approximately 10,000 square feet, equipped with cutting-edge technology designed to produce up to 50,000 square meters of multilayer High-Density Interconnect (HDI) PCBs annually. Adhering to the stringent industrial standards demanded by premier mobile phone manufacturers and critical sectors such as defense, aerospace, automotive electronics, semiconductor manufacturing, telecommunications infrastructure, industrial electronics, and security, this facility is a testament to Polymatech's commitment to quality and innovation.

Eswara Rao Nandam, Managing Director of Polymatech Electronics, stated, "Our European-manufactured PCBs are in high demand across various high-end applications. The establishment of this plant is a key milestone in Polymatech's evolution from a component supplier to a comprehensive solutions provider. Tarja Rapala, Director of Polymatech Electronics and head of the PCB division, commented, "Since our inception on November 18, 2024, with operational startup on August 8, 2025, this facility represents our commitment to quality, reliability, and customer-focused innovation. The product lineup at this new plant includes high-speed PCBs, advanced HDI PCBs, radio frequency (RF) PCBs, and multilayer configurations with up to 48 layers tailored for high-end electronics. Urmas Aruoja, Managing Director, emphasized, "We can deliver PCBs within just 24 hours. Our flexible PCBs are integral to smartphones, notebooks, smart wearables, and many other products. Our substrate-like PCBs (SLPs), HDI PCBs, rigid-flex PCBs (RPCBs), integrated circuit substrates (ICS), RF PCBs, and high-density modules are designed for demanding applications."

Polymatech's HDI PCBs are especially notable for their high density, featuring laser microvias, sequential laminating structures, fine traces, and powerful thin materials that maximize functionality per unit area. Advanced HDI PCBs come with multiple layers featuring copper-filled stacked microvias, providing complex interconnections for high pin count chips with fine pitches and high-speed connections found in the latest technology products.
