IsoEnergy Launches Summer Drilling Program at Larocque East



IsoEnergy Ltd. is thrilled to reveal the initiation of its summer exploration agenda for 2026 at the Larocque East project, situated in the eastern Athabasca Basin of Canada. This marked step forward comes with an ambitious plan to conduct approximately 8,000 meters of diamond drilling, spread over 20 drill holes. The primary aim is to follow up on the remarkable results yielded during the winter exploration of 2026, particularly along the promising Hurricane South Trend.

The Hurricane deposit, a centerpiece of the Larocque East project, is known for its exceptional mineral resources. The data from the project currently indicates a mineral resource of 48.6 million pounds of U3O8 at 34.5% (Indicated) and 2.7 million pounds of U3O8 at 2.2% (Inferred). This rich resource base positions the project favorably within an area that is renowned for its high-grade uranium deposits, offering both strong prospects for exploration and future development.

Highlights of the Summer Drilling Program

Strategic Importance of the Project


The Larocque East project benefits from its strategic location being approximately 40 km away from the McClean Lake mill, ensuring excellent logistical advantages for exploration and future production. Additionally, the shallow mineralization at about 325 meters deep supports efficient exploration and development operations.

The hurricane deposit resides on the Larocque Trend, a significant geological structure housing other notable high-grade occurrences. The geological foundation, coupled with the company's advanced exploration techniques, paves the way for new discoveries that may enhance the project’s value substantially.

Prospective Early-Stage Projects


In conjunction with the Larocque East project, IsoEnergy manages a portfolio of 14 early-stage exploration projects in the eastern Athabasca Basin. Planned summer work aims to advance drill targets on four of these projects, leveraging advanced techniques such as Airborne MobileMT surveys to better understand geological structures and identify prospective zones for exploration.
