Uemura holds a PhD from the London School of Economics and has been involved in product development related to carbon footprint management and analysis of European environmental regulations since 2020. He also serves as a knowledgeable member of the domestic committee concerning CBAM responses set up by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.
