Waseda University Marketing College Program Update
Waseda University is set to launch an updated version of its training certificate program, the "Waseda Marketing College - Comprehensive Course on Next-Gen Marketing," in April 2026. This program aims to cultivate the comprehensive skills of future marketers, blending the core theories of marketing with innovative methods. The curriculum includes lectures from leading scholars and practitioners in the field, complemented by a project-based learning (PBL) component that emphasizes experiential group work throughout the course.

The updated curriculum for the spring semester of 2026 takes into account the rapid changes in the social environment. Significant enhancements will include expanded subjects on generative AI and the introduction of CEO seminars featuring industry leaders. Collaborating with DAZN Japan, participants will work on formulating marketing strategies that anticipate industry transformations and tech advancements over the next five years.
The program runs from April 11, 2026, to August 1, 2026, primarily at the Waseda University Nihonbashi Campus (located on the 5th floor of Coredo Nihonbashi), with a course fee of ¥385,000 (tax included) and a limited enrollment of around 40 students. The deadline for applications is March 31, 2026, at 23:59.
