A Night to Remember: Bulgari's Kaleidos Gala Dinner
On December 2, 2025, the prestigious Bulgari exhibition titled "Bulgari Kaleidos: Color, Culture, Craft" opened its doors at the National Art Center in Tokyo. This event marks Bulgari's grand return to Japan after a decade, and it is the largest exhibition the brand has ever held in the country. The name "Kaleidos" comes from the Greek words for beauty (Kalos) and shape (Eidos), reflecting the dynamic and ever-changing world of colors represented throughout the exhibition.
With approximately 350 exquisite pieces of colorful jewelry and contemporary art selected from the Bulgari Heritage Collection and rare private collections, visitors will embark on a journey through a vibrant world of artistry.
The gala dinner celebrating this momentous occasion featured high-profile guests, including dancer and actor EXILE MAKIDAI. He expressed his gratitude, saying, "I am truly honored to be invited to an exhibition that has been held after ten long years. The vibrant colors captivated my eyes, yet it is the exquisite craftsmanship and the beauty of expression that stole my heart. I felt the universal elegance and respect for craftsmanship that Bulgari embodies. For the evening, I wore black-tie attire complemented by Bulgari jewelry and a timepiece. There is an undeniable energy to the brilliance that elevates a simple outfit with a strong sense of presence and elegance. This has been a remarkable opportunity to connect with the rich history and expertise of Bulgari."
