• - Target Applicants: Adult women residing in Tokyo or adult men under the age of 39 as of March 31, 2024.
• - Number of Businesses: Two spaces available at 'Sounomi' Kichijoji (Tenants A & B)
• - Monthly Usage Fee: 36,300 yen (tax included). Utilities and association fees to be paid separately.
• - Store Opening Date: Early September 2024
• - Store Duration: Initial duration is six months, with an extension of six months possible through evaluation, up to a maximum of one year.
