ASA Expands Private Banking Reach in the U.S. and Latin America with New Leadership

ASA Expands Private Banking Operations

On April 16, 2026, ASA, a leading financial institution focused on private banking and wealth management founded by Alberto Safra, announced the expansion of its services across the United States and Latin America. This strategic move is part of ASA's mission to enhance its international footprint and to better serve high-net-worth clients throughout the Americas.

As a fundamental part of the expansion, ASA appointed Antonio Gonzales as the new Head of Private Banking for Latin America and Moshe Majeski as the Head of Private Banking for the United States. This new leadership structure is expected to strengthen ASA's presence in major markets and solidify its commitment to catering to affluent individuals.

With ASA headquartered in Brazil, Gonzales will spearhead the development of the firm's operations throughout Latin America, managing teams across Mexico, Chile, Panama, Argentina, Colombia, and Florida. Gonzales brings with him over 20 years of extensive experience in wealth management, having previously served as Head of Latin America Private Banking at Citi, following a fruitful tenure as Head of Brazil Private Banking at JPMorgan.

Expressing enthusiasm about his new role, Gonzales remarked, "I am excited about the opportunity to combine my experience at leading U.S. banks with ASA's international expansion. ASA is a dynamic and diversified financial institution, backed by a multi-generational legacy in the financial markets."

Meanwhile, Majeski joins ASA having previously held senior roles at Meridian Capital, where he accumulated over 15 years of expertise in real estate and finance. In his role overseeing the U.S. private banking division, he will lead teams in major urban centers with an emphasis on enhancing the firm's domestic offerings for high-net-worth clients. Majeski emphasized the clarity of ASA's strategic objectives, remarking, "There is strong strategic clarity around the company's goals and the role the U.S. market will play. I look forward to executing ASA's vision in the United States and serving clients across multiple sectors."

Founded in 2019, ASA has swiftly established itself as an independent and diversified financial institution, serving not only high-net-worth individuals but also corporations and institutional clients. With a commitment to providing tailored investment and advisory solutions, ASA offers a global platform that includes private banking, asset management, and corporate banking. The firm’s expansion into the U.S. and broader Latin America represents a natural evolution in its trajectory, aimed at achieving sustainable growth and diversifying its revenue streams.
