NorthStar Group Services Announces CEO Transition



NorthStar Group Services, Inc., a prominent company under J.F. Lehman & Company, has revealed a strategic change in its leadership poised to steer the firm towards its next phase of growth. Effective immediately, Jeffrey Adix has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of NorthStar. Adix, who previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer, has been instrumental in numerous strategic initiatives that have significantly enhanced the company’s financial performance. He will also join NorthStar’s Board of Directors, marking a new chapter in his career.

On the other hand, Scott State, the current CEO since 2010, will move into the role of Executive Chairman. In this capacity, he will continue to lend his extensive experience, focusing on long-term vision, stakeholder relations, and crucial strategic initiatives. Scott will maintain his role as NorthStar's Chief Nuclear Officer, ensuring that the company's operational integrity remains strong.

He brings both a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from reputed universities to his new position, positioning him well to lead NorthStar into the future.
