McGinnis's wealth of experience also encompasses his role as CFO at Illinois Tool Works, managing over $3 billion across 84 facilities worldwide. Here, he excelled in facilitating strategic acquisitions and driving superior commercial negotiations, resulting in growth that outpaced the industry average.
