• - Brookstone Estates of Mattoon North, Mattoon, Illinois: With 47 apartments, it assists seniors needing some help to maintain independence.

• - Oak Hill Supportive Living, designed for seniors requiring assistance, houses 94 apartments.

In five years alone, 82 Gardant-managed communities have received Bronze awards.
