Code Camp Co., Ltd. is hosting a free online seminar titled “Breaking Away from Ineffective Training: A Beginner's Guide to Training Design Based on Theory and Practice” on July 30, 2025. Taking place from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, this webinar is co-hosted with MajiSemi Co., Ltd. and caters specifically to HR personnel, training managers, and those in supervisory roles.

Background and Purpose

As online training becomes more prevalent, feedback suggests a common concern: many organizations conduct training but struggle to see tangible results. While numerous training personnel have undergone training, they often lack experience in creating effective programs. This gap emphasizes the importance of understanding both theory and design. In response, this seminar aims to enlighten participants on the fundamentals of training design backed by solid research and practical insights.

Renowned speaker Yuta Akasaka, a consultant at Future Co., Ltd. and expert in the field, will lead the session. With 11 years of experience in talent development and organizational growth, he has notably led newcomer training for about 100 individuals annually for the last seven years. His current focus is on fostering self-sufficient growth in organizations while continuously sharing his insights through his blog on Note.
