STATION Ai Launches Sales Engine Program to Boost Startups' Sales Power
In a significant initiative to empower startups, STATION Ai, Japan's largest open innovation hub, has introduced the Sales Engine Program. Scheduled to run from November 25, 2025, for a span of four months, this program is designed to foster business development and sales strategies among startups residing in the STATION Ai facility. Managed by STATION Ai Inc., which operates from Nagoya, the program targets startups aiming for Series A funding, providing paid support that combines expertise from Persol Career's HiPro Direct platform.
What is the Sales Engine Program?
The Sales Engine Program serves a dual purpose: to refine the sales strategies of participating startups and to enhance their execution capabilities. By matching startups with potential Sales TOP candidates, the program facilitates the development and implementation of effective sales strategies. The first phase of the program showcases a collaboration between HiPro's professional support and STATION Ai's extensive network, involving startups, large corporations, and venture capitalists. Importantly, a second phase will roll out around mid-July 2026, continuing to support early-phase companies planning to secure their first customers and refine their growth strategies.
Outcomes from the First Phase
The first phase featured six startups, all of which made tangible progress in areas such as business partnerships, improving sales processes, and establishing effective sales organizations. Here are some highlights:
