Introducing the Exclusive Blue Blue x Paraboot CHAMBORD with Chromexcel Leather

Exclusive Blue Blue x Paraboot Collaboration

On November 13, 2025, Blue Blue will officially start accepting reservations for the exclusive CHAMBORD model created in collaboration with the renowned French shoemaker, Paraboot. This special edition is crafted from high-quality Chromexcel leather from the esteemed Horween Leather Company in America.

A Legacy of Craftsmanship

Founded in 1908 in France, Blue Blue has been known for its commitment to producing high-quality daily wear and durable products. The CHAMBORD model, originally launched in 1987, embodies Paraboot's craftsmanship while reflecting Blue Blue's vision of stylish yet functional footwear. This unique collaboration unites the distinct aesthetics of both brands, resulting in a shoe that is sturdy, refined, and undeniably captivating.

The Design

The CHAMBORD features a striking U-shaped moccasin construction embellished with thick stitching, which gives it a robust appearance. Its elevated round-toe form conveys a sporty essence, reminiscent of climbing boots. This design philosophy perfectly merges power and elegance, making it suitable for various occasions.

Premium Materials

Utilizing Horween's Chromexcel leather, this shoe boasts a rich texture and deep shine, resulting from the meticulous tanning process. With a high oil content, this leather not only ages beautifully but also offers a soft, comfortable fit. Over time, the color and texture evolve, enhancing the shoe's character and charm.

Advanced Features

The CHAMBORD model is equipped with Paraboot's unique “Paratex sole,” known for its water resistance and outstanding function. This sole structure captures air, providing remarkable cushioning and shock absorption, ensuring that the shoe perfectly complements everyday wear without compromising on comfort.

In addition, the model adopts the increasingly rare Norwegian welt construction, ensuring durability that is typically absent in standard dress shoes. The insoles feature logos from both Paraboot and Blue Blue, adding an element of exclusivity.

Durability and Style

With a rubber sole manufactured by Paraboot, this collaboration seamlessly combines the sophistication of French tradition with the rugged appeal of American leather. It stands as a testament to Blue Blue’s dedication to maintaining a balance between workwear and classic styles, resulting in a product that is both substantial and visually striking.

Complementary Accessories

As an added touch, the CHAMBORD model comes with an exclusive pair of white ribbed socks featuring anchor embroidery to perfectly complement the shoes.

Availability and Purchase Information

The Chromexcel CHAMBORD is priced at ¥99,000 (tax included) and is set for reservations starting November 13, 2025. The in-store sales will begin around late November to early December 2025, contingent on stock availability.

The brand started producing rubber soles in 1927 and ventured into town shoes, hence the name Paraboot, derived from a port in Brazil where quality natural latex was imported.
